fish balls


fish balls


MATERIALS:
300 grams of carp fillets
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 piece of red pepper, seeded, mashed
1 tsp chopped lemongrass
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 stalk spring onion, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp rice flour

HOW TO MAKE A FISH BALL:
1. Chop the fish fillets until smooth.
2. Add fish sauce, red chilli, lemongrass, garlic, scallions and cilantro and stir well.
3. Enter the egg yolk and rice flour and stir well. Make dots.
4. Fried fish balls until cooked and amber. Remove and drain.
5. Serve.
