popcorn shrimp vegetable

MATERIALS
150 g small shrimp without skin
1 pack Flour Seasonings (85 g)
1/2 of broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons basil leaves, chopped
1 pc carrot, diced
70 ml of ice water
Cooking oil to taste
HOW TO COOK
1. Small pieces of broccoli, diced carrots, and finely
chopped basil leaves and set aside.
2. Combine flour Seasonings, water, and thyme, stirring
until blended.
3. Enter the shrimp, broccoli, and carrots into the batter,
coat until blended.
4. Fried shrimp, broccoli, and carrots one by one until
slightly dry, remove and drain. Serve.
