salami pizza



MATERIALS
- 250 g high protein flour
- 7 g instant yeast
- 125 ml of ice water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tsp flavoring

topping:
- 8 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 5 LBR Bacon
- 8 LBR Cheese sheet

HOW TO COOK
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, cooking oil, salt, and flavorings.
- Pour water, stirring until smooth.
- Round the dough, cover with a damp cloth ± 45 minutes.
- Flatten dough.
- Insert the dough into a flat pan, prick-prick with a fork. Spread the tomato sauce.
- Add cheese, bacon, and cheese. Turn on the heat, cover the pan, bake at low heat until cooked, remove from heat, and serve.
