Bolu Cheese Nut Roll



 

MATERIALS

     50 g Flour portein being
     40 g of refined sugar
     1/2 tsp Baking powder
     2 whole eggs
     1 tsp Vanilla powder
     30 ml cooking oil
     (10 ml to spread pan)

     stuffing:
     Peanut butter 100 g
     25 g cashew nuts
     50 g grated cheese

HOW TO COOK

     Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, eggs, cooking oil, stir well. ± Let stand 3 minutes.
     Turn on the stove over low heat, apply cooking oil to the pan, pour the batter, cover the pan, and cook until done, remove from heat.
     Cool cake. Spread peanut butter, sprinkle with cheese and cashews, condense.
     Roll up cake, cut into pieces, and serve.
