Shrimp croquettes Cheese


MATERIALS

     500 g Potatoes
     100 g boiled peeled shrimp
     2 stalk celery
     1 stalk Carrots
     100 g grated cheese
     3 eggs (2 points for coating)
     1 pack of flour Seasonings (85 g)
     1 L Oil

     Complement:
     Tomato sauce / chilli sauce

HOW TO COOK

     Chopped celery. Diced carrots. Cut the potatoes. Fry the potatoes until cooked, remove and drain.
     Puree fries, chill. Mix the boiled shrimp, celery, carrots, shredded cheese, and eggs, mix well.
     Shape the dough into an oval, set aside. Beat the eggs and prepare Flour Seasonings.
     Balut egg and flour batter with seasoning, fry immediately until golden, remove and drain, and serve.
