Kare Kofta

kare kofta




MATERIALS PRESCRIPTION KARI Kofta:
• 350 grams of minced mutton
• 1 piece of onion, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 2 whole eggs
SMOOTH BUMBU KARI kofta recipe:
• 2 cm turmeric, roasted
• coriander 1 / teaspoon
• lh teaspoon cumin
▪ 3 pieces of red chilli
• grains pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt to taste
MATERIALS PRESCRIPTION kofta curry sauce:
• 5 grains of red onion
• 3 pieces of red chilli
• 2 cm ginger
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 stalks lemongrass, take the white part
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1 cm turmeric, roasted
• cumin 1 / teaspoon
• 4 tablespoons margarine
• 300 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
• 2 pieces tomatoes, cut into rough
• 200 ml water
• Salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE KARI Kofta:
1. Mix the minced mutton, onions, celery, eggs and spices. Stir well.
2. Shape dough roundly diameter of 2 cm. Set aside.
3. Sauce: Puree the onion, red pepper, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, coriander, turmeric and cumin.
Heat the margarine until melted, sauté the minced onion mixture until fragrant.
4. Pour the water and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
5. Insert meat balls, tomato and salt. Stir well. Cook the meat balls on low flame
Until cooked.
6. Remove and serve.
