MATERIALS:
1/2 kg of beef.
3 pieces of garlic.
1 teaspoon coriander.
5 pieces of red onion.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
3 eggs hazelnut.
1 finger galangal.
2 bay leaves.
Secukupya coconut milk.
A little piece of shrimp paste.
Acid, salt and sugar to taste.

HOW COOKING MEAT blazing:
1. Meat washed, cut into pieces approximately 1 cm rather wide.
2. All the ingredients except the crushed leaves,
then mix with the meat, seasoning mix until evenly distributed.
3. Heat a frying pan on the fire, put the meat, pour coconut milk
and bay leaves. Boil until thick and the meat becomes tender.
