pepes oncom

pepes oncom ( indonesian food )


MATERIALS
300 g Oncom
2 stalk of basil leaves
2 pcs red chili
2 stalk lemongrass
2 btr Eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon flavoring
100 ml Oil
6 pieces of banana leaves

HOW TO COOK
Oblique slices of red chilli and lemongrass. Oncom diced.
Saute oncom, lemongrass, red pepper, and basil leaves until fragrant, remove from heat, and drain.
Mix stir, salt, sugar, and flavorings, mix well, chill. Add the eggs and stir again.
Wrap dough spiced with banana leaves and pinned with a toothpick. Steam until cooked, remove from heat, and serve.
