Fried rice thailand

MATERIALS
- 1 piece of pineapple, cut, take 50 g of meat pineapple, cut into small triangles
- 1 whole chicken eggs, beaten off
- 1 tbsp Ebi shrimp, soak water, set aside, cut into rough
- 400 g white rice
- 2 tbsp Peas
- 1 piece of dried chilli, thinly sliced
- Fried onions to taste
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 pack of flavor Spicy Fried Rice Seasoning Equipment
- Frying Pan
- Sodet wood
- Cutting
- Knives
- Whisk eggs / fork.
HOW TO COOK
1). Dried shrimp sauteed until fragrant and slightly dry, insert the beaters for scrambled eggs, add white rice and pineapple, stirring until hot rice.
2). Sprinkle Seasoning Spicy Fried Rice flavor, peas and dried chili.
3). Stir until blended. Remove and serve with pineapple dish and sprinkle with fried onions.
TIPS: How to make a plate of pineapple
- Cut the pineapple 1/4 parts (for lid)
- Take the pineapple flesh, leaving the skin
Most of the meat is used for pineapple fried rice.
Using pineapple peel as plates make the dish more special.
