pecel sambal squid



MATERIALS:
2 tail squid.
3 pieces of red chilli.
1 clove garlic, finely chopped and sauteed.
Salt and sugar to taste.
Acid, shrimp paste and vinegar to taste.

HOW TO MAKE A Pecel sauce CALAMARI:
1. Clean the squid, remove the contents of the stomach and head. Cover with spices then grilled.
2. Grind all the ingredients until smooth and evenly, then place the squid and pencek.
3. Include: hot rice, raw salad leaves (leaf vegetables; lettuce, basil, cauliflower) and cucumber.
