Meatballs tofu

Meatballs tofu



MATERIALS
200 g minced meat
8 pcs Tofu Skin
1 stalk celery
100 g Tapioca flour
1 tsp Baking powder
2 packets of seasoning flavors Beef (13 g)
100 g ice cubes
2 L water (1 L to boil meatballs, 1 L for meatball soup)

HOW TO COOK
Chopped celery. Crate out in the middle. Destroy the ice cubes.
Blend the ice cubes, mix with ground beef and seasonings flavor Cow (1bungkus), puree again.
Mix the dough, baking powder, tapioca, and celery and stir well.
Fill out the dough. Tofu Meatballs Boil until cooked, remove from heat, and set aside.
Gravy: Heat the water, enter the Cow Sense flavoring (1 pack), and cook until boiling, remove from heat.
Tata glass noodles / noodles and meatballs, add the sauce, sprinkle complementary, and serve.
