capcay Sausage

MATERIALS
1. 3 pcs beef sausage, cut, slice-slice
2. 5 pcs button mushrooms, cut into pieces
3. 3 stalk of green cabbage, cut into pieces
4. 25 g snow peas
5. 1 packet (to taste / packaging) Oyster Sauce
6. 100 ml of water
7. 3 tablespoons cooking oil
HOW TO COOK
1. Cut the mushrooms and mustard and set aside.
2. Cut and slice-kerast sausage.
3. Saute sausage, mushrooms, mustard greens, and peas and stir well.
4. Add water and oyster sauce, and cook until done, remove from heat and serve
